## What is Canopy?

Canopy keeps the plants in your home healthy, in the right spot and safe for your cat. Tell it where each plant lives (living room, bathroom, balcony) and it tells you whether that spot suits it, when to water, when it's ready to repot, and whether it's getting better over time.

YOUR HOME, MAPPED
Add your locations once: indoor rooms, a covered balcony, an open terrace, with how much light each one gets, how windy it is outdoors and whether the cat can get in. Every plant is judged against its exact spot, whether that is on the windowsill, in the middle of the room or far from the window, and when a plant is struggling Canopy suggests a better place from your own locations.

A CAT-SAFE HOME
Every plant carries a cat-safety rating with a plain note on what happens if it is chewed. A plant that is harmful to cats, standing in a room the cat can reach, is flagged on the Home screen together with the cat-free room to move it to.

PROGRESS, NOT SNAPSHOTS
A health check takes one to three photos and says how the plant is doing, why, and what to change: water less, move it, trim it, repot it. Each check is read against the plant's earlier checks and your own watering log, so you can see whether it is actually getting better, with before-and-after photos side by side.

THE REPOT WORKSHOP
Every plant gets a potting guide: the soil mix in parts, the next pot size and the steps. Enter your pot's diameter, or the litres printed on it, and Canopy works out how much of each ingredient you need. Plants that are ready to repot go on a shopping list.

WATERING, WITHOUT THE NAGGING
Each plant has its own watering rhythm. Log a watering with one tap, mark the soil as still wet, or snooze it for a day. Reminders are scheduled on your phone at the time you choose: one daily digest, or one per plant.

ADDING A PLANT
Photograph it, or pick up to three photos from your library, and Canopy names it and writes its care profile for your home. Not sure it got it right? Choose from the closest matches, or type the name yourself.

ALSO
• Search, filter and sort, as a grid or grouped by room
• Edit any care detail; the fields you change stay yours
• Archive a plant and keep its history
• Light and dark mode

Identifications, health checks and cat-safety ratings come from an AI model and are guidance, not advice from a horticulturist or a vet. If you think your cat has eaten a plant, call your vet.
