## What is CanSolve?

This application enables data collection by certified screeners among Indigenous communities for the calculation of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Kidney Failure risk. This application is part of the Can-SOLVE CKD project targeting improvements in how CKD is screened, triaged, and treated among Indigenous communities.
