This app does not work consistently. Cannot login. Cannot Face ID login. Cannot use the app. Considering closing my account because of this.

I will be moving my 200k from Canvas on Monday.  I’ve wasted countless precious time trying to access my accounts with what must be a practical joke of a mobile app.  If I can’t look at my money, I’ll move it someplace where I can.  Adios

Every time I go to log in, I just see the loading wheel spinning around and around and around. It takes FOREVER to load your app. I’ve had to close out of it three times just now, still haven’t been able to get access to do what I need to do. Missed when the old app actually worked.
