Either the bank prompts me to change my password for security reasons? (Chase and BofA don’t do this, I don’t need to do this!)or just simply forgets my info and am unable to log in, forcing me to change the password. I swear I have changed my password for this account at least more than 10 times already. This alone has got me thinking of closing my account.
