Can’t even login. I called the customer service line, and they told me there was nothing I could do but wait an hour then try back again. Waited an hour and it still didn’t work. When I logged in before, I had to verify my identity for a card using an outdated email. So frustrating I can’t verify via my phone number, or even use it for its intended purpose. Also why the heck are there two apps for the same credit union? This is the worst app ever. It does not gracefully go back to the login screen, instead, informs me that session is failed, and then I have to delete the app reinstall it and re-login that way.
