Leider geht die Verbindung mit Strava nicht und es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung, daher ein Stern Abzug. ### 2/5 — Ich verstehe die gute Bewertung nicht *2026-07-13* Diese App ist leider wirklich alles andere als intuitiv oder auch nur „gut“. Man merkt offensichtlich dass es nur eine Front für einen dahinterliegenden Browser ist. Der Shop ist quasi unbrauchbar. Keine Stichwort Suche für Ersatzteile und Komponenten, keine vernünftige Kategorisierung, keine Zurück Funktion. Das einzige was gut funktioniert ist die Bike Garage und die dort hinterlegten Infos, kriegt man aber auch genau so gut auf der Website. Der Shop ist leider wirklich schlecht. Durch die komische Krücken-Lösung mit Browser in neuem Anstrich funktionieren manche Sachen auch garnicht. Bspw will die Seite beim Produktvergleich, dass man das Handy dreht. Die „App“ (verkleideter und funktionsteduzierter Browser wäre die korrekte Bezeichnung) unterstützt aber einfach garkeine horizontale Benutzung und dreht sich nicht. Auch der Shop lädt oft nur langsam und das Scrollen findet manchmal über mehrere Ebenen statt wodurch man sich auch den Seiten „verirrt“. Für einen so großen Hersteller mit einem solchen enormen Fokus auf das onlinegeschäft finde ich fast lächerlich wie schlecht dieses Produkt ist. Ich versteh bei bestem Willen die gute Bewertung nicht. Ich nutze ausschließlich die Canyon Website im Safari weil diese App dem wirklich in nichts überlegen ist. ### 3/5 — Needs more features *2026-06-27* Would like to track my activities from my COROS, Garmin, or RidewithGPS. Widget is blank, also shows an error when pressing on widget to open the app ### 3/5 — Gute App, dämlicher Shop *2026-06-09* Wer kam eigentlich auf die Hirnverbrannte Idee die Suchleiste im Shop durch eine KI zu ersetzen?? Nicht ergänzen, ersetzen. Man kann in der App nicht nach z.B. Oberrohrtaschen suchen und nach 0.4 Sekunden das Ergebnis sehen, sondern muss sich mit mindestens 3-6 Prompts mit einer generischen KI unterhalten die für jede Antwort 20 Sekunden braucht und dann mit einem ellenlangen Text noch Rückfragen stellt: „Ist ja voll Klasse, dass du dich über Taschen informieren möchtest. Du kannst mir gerne ein Paar Informationen zu deinem Fahrrad geben, dann kann ich dir Tipps geben wie man sich am besten eine Tasche aussucht [……….]“ Das ist ja so viel besser als eine Suchleiste… ### 4/5 — 刷新不出来 *2026-02-06* 公路和山地刷新不出来，卡死了！ **Developer response:** Hi. That is the only point of this app! All it is without those videos is just marketing other Canyon products. I received the box today and there is only one QR code on the box and that just sends you to App Store to get the app, which is useless. I googled it and the required QR code is on the bottom bracket. So you have to unbox and pull the bike all the way out to get the video to learn how to properly unbox the box! I found the video online without the app and you don’t fully remove the bike from the box until after some assembly (box serves as a temporary stand). So the concept of this app is completely broken from the get go. People giving this app high marks are shills or lying. ### 1/5 — Stupid unhelpful app just tries to sell you stuff *2025-08-06* When you’re trying to put your bike together and they keep telling you that there’s simple assembly guides in the app, but then you go to the app and there’s absolutely no assembly instructions whatsoever. We could have our bikes stolen/tampered and have no idea. Plus, your American store selection stinks. Especially upsetting bc you gave many of us vouchers for our ebattery exchange debacle. $300 w/ about 10% of the selection the EU store offers.
