I had tasks between my notes, Evernote, Google doc, one note. This helped me communicate several tasks and sort them properly. I’ve used programs like Asana and Slack but imo, this beats them all. The design is simple, you assign a task to your assistant, another team member, or a VA, and it actually gets done. No more confusing interface that leaves room for tasks to get lost in the weeds. You simply ask “Can You” (insert task here) and like magic, stuff actually gets done!
