The Veterinary Internal Parasite Flash Card App is brought to you by the Companion Animal Parasite Council (CAPC). The application is designed to help strengthen learned skills in the microscopic identification of fecal parasites in veterinary clinic settings or for individual study. It includes approximately 100 veterinary internal parasites found in dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles and birds. It’s easy and fun to use: - Select a species. - Choose to study from a series of random cards, or from the most common to the least common internal parasites. - Identify the internal parasite from a microscopic image and then flip the card to reveal the answer. The answer includes the common parasite name, the Latin name, an audio recording of the Latin name, and other details. Like what was this taken with a potato? Having more information about the individual parasites would be nice as well. This app is phenomenal and the reason I'm doing well in Parasitology ### 2/5 — Parasite Name Missing in iPad Version *2019-12-23, version 1.0.3* In the 1.0.3 version of iPhone, you CAN see the name of the parasite in the green bar at the top when you tap on the photo. But, that is NOT true for the iPad version 1.0.3., where, if I tap on the photo, it shows for only a split second, behind the photo, when the photo flips, then the photo flips back.
