I wish Zelle was easier to use though, it is imbedded into bill pay and a little much to get to it. Disappointed. ### 4/5 — Keeps getting better; feature request... *2020-12-03, version 20.2.50* The app keeps getting better - for instance you can add a payer (payee?) from the app; a few versions ago you had to go to your computer to add bill-to contacts. Recently for the list of payees, it’s sorted in chronological order. I’d like to see an option to toggle between chronological order and alphabetical order (as it was before). I’ve had to uninstall this app several times. Ostensibly because some boomer they have in charge of security thinks it’s “more secure.” The password I keep in my password manager, to which I get access via…drumroll…Touch ID? No other banking app I’ve ever used does this. ### 1/5 — Not Happy! *2020-09-19, version 20.1.200* No option to update app, can’t open old app...and here I am with a paycheck I can’t deposit. Somebody didn’t think this update through...there are still some people out there with old phones who need to use mobile banking. 😡☹️ I was told by a Coop employee to update my phone. It is updated and restarted, still no option to install new mobile app. 😡 I have wasted hours on trying to make this work! This update is incredibly unhelpful and aggravating to boot! Why would I have to go into bill pay, then wait for it to load and then “skip” over the bill pay (since I’m not going to bill pay) and then select Zelle… it needs to be integrated better so it can just be selected easily with one selection form the main page. ### 3/5 — Need a modern app *2022-05-09, version 21.3.40* This app is useful but falls short at ease of use. The bank should invest in a more modern app… look to bofa, Santander, Citibank, citizens bank for a general sense of what I am talking about and not the gap.
