I enjoy being able to log on and check my accounts and loan balance. The only drawback I have experienced is it seems that quite often the program wants to confirm my identity although I’m logging on with the same device. This becomes annoying as it sends confirmation emails or texts that I must enter prior to getting access to my information. I activated the “Remember this device” button but that did not seem to help. ### 5/5 — Best credit union app *2024-01-11, version 4011.2.0* I have a loan through caped, and my local banks stopped shared banking, but with the ease of access to the app (thus my loan) I have no worries! The app is so miser friendly it’s almost too good to be true. I can find anything I need regarding my loan, can keep up with any changes, check my credit scores, transfer money and easily view what I need. First, I had money being pulled from my account that was not authorized by me. When I reached out I was met with nothing but automated calls and messages. Ridiculous. When i finally got through it was nothing but confusing directions on what to do. Finally i got my card locked so that whoever or whatever was pulling money couldn’t anymore, and they TOLD ME that money couldn’t be pulled when its locked. Well money keeps being pulled out, so its being authorized by you guys not me.
