There are many unnecessary pop-ups. When I open the app I get prompted to “check your points” which I do not want to do. There is no way to exit this prompt except quitting the app and opening it again. Then after rating an order I was prompted to play some kind of Gacha game which I do not want to do. The only way to get rid of the pop-up is to quit the app. These are unnecessary and annoying.

You’re absolutely right — being forced to interact with pop-ups such as “check your points” or the Gacha game without a clear way to dismiss them is not a good user experience. These interactions should always be optional, and we understand how disruptive and annoying this felt.

「🎉3km以内配送料無料」とプロモーションされているお店で、お店迄の距離の表示が「1.6km」とあったので注文したら、最終的に50kの配送料がかかった。

カスタマーサービスに、問い合わせをすると
「レストランの画面に表示される距離（注文前）は、システムが計算した予想距離のため、正確ではありません。正確な距離を確認するには、注文後に配送先住所を入力すると、支払い画面の最後に正確な距離（km）が表示されます。
今回のお客様のご注文では、距離は3.36kmとなるため、配送料の無料対象にはなりません。」
とのこと。

・そもそも「最終的な距離(3.36km)がレストランのトップ画面に表示されている距離(1.6km)の2倍になること自体、やや不信感
・Googleで距離(一般的に自分達が使っているルート)を確認すると、車2.6km、徒歩2.1km
・ドライバーの追跡ができるので確認しようとしたら、雨で電池がないのでみれなくなってるとのこと(到着して金額を提示する際、携帯はしっかり動いてましたが...)
・そして、カスタマーサービスからの返信で、最終的には注文確認画面で確認とあるのですが、実は注文確認画面では、加算される配送料を「配送料」と記載せず、「適用料金」として記載している為、その段階で、システム利用にかかる手数料なのかと私は勘違いしました(プロモーションがあるので配送料は無料だと思ってた)
・この「適用料金」が「配送料」として表示されるのは注文確定後で、それを見て問い合わせた次第

色々と重なり不信感があったので上記の詳細をお伝えしましたが、Capichiの制度(システム)説明と謝罪があった上で、最終的に「何卒ご理解くださいますようお願いします」との返事。

このやり取りも含め、企業の姿勢に疑問を感じる！

Bài viết ghi rõ ràng "Capichi sẽ chủ động liên hệ gửi huy hiệu" nhưng phải ghi inbox Messeger mới hiểu được cách nhận là phải quay Gacha trong ghi đơn hàng đã đặt trong App lại không được ghi nhận điểm.
