My phone naturally goes to lock screen after 2 minutes and if the app is not showing on the screen when the session ends, it doesn’t register it. ### 1/5 — Can’t even use device *2025-11-29* This is the worst app I’ve used! I can’t even use my device as the app refuses to connect to my spectrum cap. Obscenely expensive cap for such a terrible app! ### 1/5 — App is Really Poor *2025-10-04* I switched from the Revian cap to the Capillus Spectrum just over a month ago, as it had better tech in the LLLT. However, the Capillus app is so poor. It does not record your daily usage accurately. Days that it had recorded are now dropped as not used. The progress photos are not being saved in the app either. App Development Team told me to delete app and reinstall and that has not fixed it. Super frustrating.
