Doesn’t work at all and crashes all the time ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-08-09* The app simple doesn’t work Can’t sign up, doesn’t sign up using shop! ### 1/5 — Can’t setup *2026-08-01* Downloaded app and as soon as I start it I get an error and can’t setup the app. It appears the company doesn’t care about the app so they should just delete it from the App Store. ### 1/5 — Fix the tracking please *2026-06-17* I was excited to track my progress, but then quickly realized every single time I do a session it fails to give me a checkbox. So I then have to click Connect again, start a new session, i.e. I have to do it twice to work. I suspect the app is set to track the total time, and you can’t connect until it’s already on/started, so even if it connects near instantaneously the most time it’s going to log for any session is 5:59 seconds. Well it doesn’t appear to count unless you have 6 full minutes. So in order to get a check box for any day, I have to effectively do 2 sessions, one for 5 min and however many seconds the app picked up (the actual session was 6 min) and another for 10 sec to a minute. The developers just need to simply set the app to give you a check box if it’s logged over five minutes. That would literally solve 99% of the issues and take this to a four star app. Please, for the love of God fix this. I’ve seen many other reviews that were saying the same thing, I just didn’t think it would be this bad. but after experiencing it, however it was developed was just massively flawed architecture and not user tested ### 1/5 — Second try….BAD *2026-06-14* I’ve used my previous cap for almost 2 years. When I got that, the app was crashing, not pairing with the cap, etc. Decided to delete the app. Used the cap for a year and a half and it broke. Got a new cap. They gave me a great deal. Reinstalled the app, app continues to crash. Very sad that I could spend over $1000 in products from this company and yet they can’t get their app to work. Would like a response. ### 1/5 — You can’t have my phone number *2026-05-02* I tried to register the app after receiving my product, and it required my full phone number in addition to my email. I do not give out my phone number. We are already inundated with spam emails and phone calls, and with unknown data security from a singular company, I won't sign up. Many others likely won't ever sign up either if this information continues to be required and is not part of an optional two-factor authentication scheme or there is some other legitimate reason to have it. Without legitimate reasoning, which is not stated anywhere, it is clearly just an exercise in data mining at the expense of their consumers. ### 1/5 — Need to delete and reinstall *2026-04-02* I can confirm that the app login becomes stale and you can't re-log in & you have to delete and reinstall the app. Absolutely unbelievable. Also, the app itself is so, so, so finicky and buggy. I also wish you could zoom in/open a full size version of the progress images. I can’t even use my device as the app refuses to connect to my spectrum cap. Obscenely expensive cap for such a terrible app! ### 1/5 — App is Really Poor *2025-10-04* I switched from the Revian cap to the Capillus Spectrum just over a month ago, as it had better tech in the LLLT. However, the Capillus app is so poor. It does not record your daily usage accurately. Days that it had recorded are now dropped as not used. The progress photos are not being saved in the app either. App Development Team told me to delete app and reinstall and that has not fixed it. Super frustrating.
