## What is Capio?

I vår app får du och din familj tillgång till trygg vård via chatt, samtal eller video. Vi har öppet 7-22 varje dag - året om.

Att få vård digitalt är enkelt och det funkar så här:
1. Du loggar in med mobilt BankID och startar ett nytt ärende.
2. Du får beskriva vad du vill ha hjälp med  genom att besvara några inledande frågor. Detta tar bara ett par minuter.
3. Vi läser igenom dina svar och tar kontakt med dig genom appen.
4. I chatten får du medicinsk bedömning, råd och de recept du behöver. Du kan välja att chatta med oss direkt eller lämna appen och återkomma när det passar dig.
5. Om du behöver provtagning eller fysisk undersökning hjälper vi dig vidare på någon av våra 130 vårdcentraler.
6. Här är några exempel på vad vi kan hjälpa dig eller ditt barn med digitalt:

- Receptförnyelse
- Sjuk- eller VAB intyg
- Stöd av psykolog 
- Influensabesvär
- Besvär vid mens eller PMS
- Allergibesvär
- Insektsbett
- Mindre sårskada
