### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2026-01-23*

This app is impressive- I love how when I bring up my card to check out, it brightens the screen. It loads much more quickly now-much quicker than finding my card in a wallet or bringing up the website to view checkouts. It used to be buggy, but it is no longer. I do wish paying fines would be more streamlined- you still are redirected to the website for that- but I am impressed by the updates since, say, a few years ago. holds, checkouts, and integration with the summer reading program are 5 stars.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-09-28*

The app is so useful for placing holds and checking if your hold is ready to pick up

### 1/5 — Unfortunately not helpful

*2023-03-10*

First of all, the UI is not adjusted for modern day phones. Frankly, the app needs to be adjusted to fit the screens and zoomed to utilize the graphical capabilities.

Second, the app was entirely unable to assist with resetting my PIN. Even redirecting to the webpage was entirely unable and yielded errors every single time no matter how I tried to create a new password.

### 4/5 — Needs account switching

*2022-05-21*

Wish the app had the ability to access multiple cards at once so I could see my kids’ accounts. It’s not easy to switch between accounts to check on their materials and as a result their materials are frequently overdue.

### 5/5 — Remarkably useful

*2017-07-08*

This app is very intelligently designed. It is one of the most logical apps I have ever used.

### 4/5 — So handy!

*2017-03-04*

I agree with previous reviewers that the digital book checkout process is cumbersome. But other than that, this app makes it SUPER easy to search for a book (or other media) and place a hold. I've been using the library a lot more since I downloaded the app. The digital library card is also very convenient; I don't have to carry my physical card anymore.

### 1/5 — Super buggy

*2017-02-27*

It would be a great app, if it worked! Freezes on the opening screen, can't do a thing with it.

### 3/5 — Not working awesome right now.

*2017-02-21*

It seems as if the last update has caused the app to freeze more often, and while I have no issue using the website, the app would be more convenient if it worked consistently.

### 3/5 — Great ...when it works

*2017-02-18*

I love the ability to check my account, take care of fines. I really love the access it gives to an online library of children's books and other media publications and audio books. But, this app often freezes, and then you can do nothing. Also, the way you access digital books and other assets is via links to other aps, like Overdrive, and frankly on my phone, it is really hard to navigate. It's not as easy as kindle Unlimited, for example, to search and download titles. I hope the bugs get worked out because this is a great mobile tool to enjoy being a local library card holder!

### 4/5 — Wonderful start

*2016-04-09*

I have really enjoyed using this app so far. I'm much more likely to use this instead of a desktop to access my account info. I do wish you could add to lists from the app and, as mentioned in another comment, the pickup date for holds was listed. Looking forward to future versions!
