The search portal for finding a pcp/doctors is outdated. A lot of junk numbers and incorrect doctor’s offices there. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2026-08-05, version 1.39.0* I have never in my life used an app that was more useless than this one. Over 90% of the time I can’t log in, and when I can, I don’t know where to go. It’s the least user friendly app I’ve ever used. It keeps saying network connection lost and kicking me out. I’m able to book my appointments, change my information. It’s fairly easy. I appreciate it. The only issue is I can’t get into it anymore and it’s not that my username or my password are wrong. It’s that, it doesn’t matter how strong of a Wi-Fi signal I have every time I try to login, it tells me that it can’t open the page because the connection was lost. I’m gonna go ahead and safely assume that the app is being worked on, but it would be fantastic if I can get an email to let me know that the app is being worked on or something. I didn’t think it was gonna take two weeks I’m pretty sure I missed my appointment already. I don’t know. Yeah not the best quality. ### 1/5 — Consistently Fails to Log In *2026-05-30* Logging in often results in an error message stating that the network connection was lost.
