I’ve even went to their desktop version same thing. Now I’ve deleted the app 2 times and when I download it again and then just open the app says I’m locked out. Glad to be a member at Capital CU! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App no longer works *2026-05-05* Not sure what the hell you developers must have done, but I use this app every single day, and suddenly there’s a loading screen and it loads for about 30 seconds just to say “System Error. Please try again later.” I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache, and did the app update, and it still doesn’t work. Thanks guys, now I can’t login and access my funds. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-04-16* Where should I start? App is slow everytime,transfer never works...ever or if it does its SLOW,randomly my old password will just not work and the app will make me make a new password which takes a million years to do and it only does this when I'm checking out at the store with a giant line behind me. I am 22 years old, tech fluent, and this new app was completely unnecessary. It’s OVERLY slow and takes too long to load, especially the transfer option/page. I cannot afford to be waiting minutes for a single page to load to move money from one account to another. The process should be swift, otherwise, truly, what is the point of separating accounts? Capital doesn't even have a branch within 20 miles of me, not sure why I bother with them. Terrible app, poor locations, horrible interest rates and rude customer service on more than one occasion.
