Only the fact that there WAS a deposit. Thanks but details are needed. ### 1/5 — Absolutely USELESS *2023-05-24* NEGATIVE STARS! I simply cannot describe how infuriating this app is. It glitches EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it, which is very often considering I’m the office manager who has to deposit a ton of checks. For a company as big as Capitol One, you all should be embarrassed that your app has so few features and almost zero functionality. There’s absolutely no excuse why these issues should be continuing to happen. It’s been 2 years that I’ve been using this awful app. PLEASE get it together. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2022-06-10* Constant sign on glitches. Does not integrate with Apple Face ID biometric. Often offline. Changing banks soon. Support Credit Unions not the big banks that caused the financial crisis. ### 1/5 — Half *2022-06-06* This app is ridiculous, and not in a good way. I’d like to be able to see my debt balances and reports, but can’t see that here. I’d like access to the full suite of information reporting, but don’t get that. Just get a list of transactions, without any meaningful reporting. I thought to myself, well that’s okay, I’ll just use the desktop website via my phone (didn’t have internet access via computer at the time). Nope! When attempting to use Intellix from a mobile device on a browser, you just get redirected to use this half-*#^ app that doesn’t let you do much at all. Like I said, Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — No longer gives token code *2021-10-14* I got a new phone (iPhone 13 Pro) and it’s a good thing I haven’t wiped my old phone yet, because on the new phone, the app does not give a token code. I’ve tried logging in and uninstalling. Nothing. App on the old phone is seemingly identical, and it works fine. My only guess is it’s incompatible with iOS 15 ### 1/5 — Limited usability *2021-04-05* Very disappointed in the functionality of this app. 1. Only shows transactions for a few days within individual accounts. 2. No detail shown for transactions. Cannot see check images. Cannot see wire details. Cannot see ACH payment information. Nothing. No detail. If this feature is available like it claims - I don’t see it..... Highly disappointed ### 1/5 — No utility and mobile UI on iPad? *2019-05-29* The fact that CapitalOne is a billion dollar organization, its 2019, and the app doesn’t have an iPad interface is insane. Additionally, there is almost no functionality to speak of. The app essentially lets you view balances. If you have multiple accounts (we have 6)then it lumps the transaction history for all accounts into one feed - no ability to filter.
