It froze on me. At was at destination and the app was still showing that the driver was 2 min away from picking me up. And the app charged me twice! No happy. When the app does work, it’s nice. We know when a driver has been assigned to our ride. We see the car coming on the map view and you get a text when the car has arrived. I like seeing the trip history and receipts all in one place. I find pricing to be always a couple dollars lower than reality. Just wish app was more reliable in the evening. This time I texted and also spoke to dispatch. Was told driver was arriving in 5 minutes and it’s been 10. Ordered and car was there in minutes. The timing was accurate, the GPS tracking for the driver was accurate and the payment was so easy when we got to the destination. I didn’t even have to tip my drover separately, it was all added in for me based on my preferences! I instantaneously got an email with my receipt and confirmation at my destination when the driver clicked his tablet. Really enjoyed the ease and stress free ride with my kids.
