Je cherchais depuis un moment un outils simple et efficace permettent l analyse de rendement, de rentabilité et bien plus de projet immobiliers: Bravo!

Les différentes simulations m’ont permises de décider rapidement sur l achat de mon dernier immeuble (rentabilité, cash flow, crédit, fiscalité)

Cette application m’a également permises de renforcer mes connaissance financières à travers des simulations. 

J avais des questions techniques sur l application, j ai même reçu des réponses dans la journée par M Berkane, ingénieur logiciel. 

Donc tout simplement bravo et merci

Appli fantastique pour la recherche de biens rentable grâce a sa simplicité et sa rapidité d’utilisation. On peut rapidement changer les paramètres et voir l’impact sur la rentabilité. Le rapport au format pdf est un plus lors de la présentation de son projet à la banque.
