No accounts, no setup screens, no friction. DIALOGUE MODE — TWO-WAY CONVERSATIONS Quickly switch between hearing someone speak and typing your reply back. Quick Phrases let you respond instantly with common phrases. On supported devices, CapMouse even suggests natural responses to what was just said. STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE. ALWAYS. Everything is processed on-device using Apple's built-in speech recognition and on-device AI. Audio is never sent to any server — not Apple's, not ours, not OpenAI's. The AI reply suggestions on iOS 26+ run entirely on Apple's on-device language model; CapMouse never uses Private Cloud Compute and never sends your text anywhere. No accounts, no cloud, no analytics, no telemetry, no third-party services. CapMouse cannot read your conversations because they never leave the device they were captured on. The other person speaks, you read it in your language; you type back, they read it in theirs. All on-device. 9 on-device languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean. Pick a language and CapMouse downloads what it needs automatically — nothing leaves your phone. History language toggle — Open a translated conversation and flip between the original words and the translation with one tap. Smoother typing — The return key now adds a new line so you can write longer messages, with a single tap-to-send button. Cleaner haptics — A clear buzz when you start and stop the mic.
