I would do 5 except the UI is confusing and the UX is kind of bad because of that. ### 4/5 — Update: Give it a good look. A few issues. *2025-08-09, version 4.5.1* I lost my overlong, detailed assessment here just before publishing it & won’t try to recreate it in exasperation, will instead just say: A slowdown app with region loops & more. Give this app some attention. It is well-designed, has some nice features. There is a lot here whether you are learning songs entirely by ear, aided by guitar tab, in std tuning or in some of the most frequently altered tunings, or are left-handed. Can also apply to more instruments than guitar. Tried everything to import a song. Browse Music Library, chose a song that I have bought on iTunes, made sure it was downloaded on iPad, waited… to give it time, restarted iPad: nothing. Keep getting the « Capo needs your help » message. Selected « Show in Music » as suggested in the User guide: it goes to the song in Music, but nothing else happens. The message stays up in Capo. It was painstaking and difficult but that was the way we did it. Today, Capo makes the process of learning parts seamless and so easy — input the source material, take control of tempo, key, etc and set up regions for looping, all of which takes seconds to do.
