Freeze a performance edition of your setlist with each song’s concert key, capo position and matching written chord shapes, then export the complete PDF book. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a setlist from saved charts, then open Gig Book from Setlists. 2. Create an edition, choose concert roots and capo positions, and add performance notes. Read each written-shape chart. 3. Save the edition, build its complete PDF, preview it and share the PDF with its edition record. Transpose, capo suggestions, Nashville numbers, setlist Stage Mode, samples and chart history remain available. Stage Mode now displays the written chord shapes that match its recommended capo. Long PDF charts flow across pages without silently clipping their final text. WHAT TO KNOW Up to 20 songs per book and 50 saved editions. Source charts are copied into the edition, so later library edits do not change it. Transposition is chromatic; minor labeling does not reharmonize a song. Use a standard full capo and verify the arrangement before performing. Share only charts you have permission to distribute. iPhone and iPad. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 3.0.1 — 2026-09-30 A clearer App Store name and search details. No other changes in this update. ### 3.0 — 2026-09-14 Gig Book Freeze a performance edition of your setlist with each song’s concert key, capo position and matching written chord shapes, then export the complete PDF book. 1. Use a standard full capo and verify the arrangement before performing. Share only charts you have permission to distribute. ### 2.1 — 2026-07-10 New in 2.1: Setlists. Group your saved charts into a running order for a gig, then tap Perform to play the whole set straight through in Stage Mode with next and previous song controls. You can now import ChordPro files (.cho, .chopro, .pro, .crd) or plain-text charts from Files, and search your History by song title, key, or any chord. As always: everything stays on your device. ### 2.0 — 2026-06-23 Capoflip 2.0 is a complete pro upgrade for players who read off a stand. • Stage Mode — a full-screen, large-print performance view with auto-scroll, a pinned "Key · Capo · play these shapes" banner, and the screen stays awake. Built to read from across the room. • Songbook-correct spelling — a rebuilt theory engine spells every chord the way a real songbook does (sharps in sharp keys, flats in flat keys, even Cb and E#), in any key. • Nashville Number System — view and export your chart as numbers, transposition-proof for any singer. • Print & PDF — export or AirPrint a clean chart with optional fingering diagrams. • Smart capo, now with the "why" — the top-3 capo positions tell you how many chords land on easy open shapes, and you can find the key for your voice. • Full chord-diagram coverage, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, light/dark/stage themes, and a left-handed diagram mirror. Paste your own charts — fully offline, no account, no ads, no subscription. ### 1.1 — 2026-06-16 Version 1.1 Key Context Panel — Every transposed chart now has a collapsible theory section showing the relative key (e.g. Am for C major), the parallel key, and all seven diatonic triads for the current key. Tap any chord chip to open its fingering diagram instantly. Voice Range Advisor — Singers can now find the best key for their voice. Open the Capo Positions sheet and tap "Find key for my voice." Pick your voice type (Bass, Baritone, Tenor, Alto, Mezzo-soprano, or Soprano) and get the top 3 target keys ranked by how well the tonic sits in your comfortable vocal range, weighted by how many open chords fall under your fingers. ChordPro Export — Export any transposed chart as a standards-compliant ChordPro file (importable into OnSong, GigBook, Chord!!, and most musician apps) or as plain text for Messages, Notes, or email. Tap "Export chart" at the bottom of the transposed view, preview the output, copy to clipboard, or share via the iOS share sheet. ## Apps similar to Capoflip | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Setlist Manager - SongDeck](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/setlist-manager-songdeck/id6775893589) | 5.0 (3) | Free | Music | | [BPMDecibel](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/bpmdecibel/id6753626179) | — | $4.99 | Music | | [TinyTone](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tinytone/id6772552687) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Music | | [Metronome Tempo BPM - BA2](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/metronome-tempo-bpm-ba2/id6772593442) | — | Free | Music | | [Callback Freeverb](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/callback-freeverb/id6775060495) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Music | | [JAX Convolutor PE (Audio Unit)](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/jax-convolutor-pe-audio-unit/id1492522404) | 4.8 (20) | $9.99 | Music | ## More apps by Robert Corbin - [Daily Word Journey](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/daily-word-journey/id6761548266) - [Hush Secret Text: Encryption](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hush-secret-text-encryption/id6761658175) - [Renew Guard](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/renew-guard/id6761755447) - [Receipt to PDF](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/receipt-to-pdf/id6761782025) - [Route Your Pay](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/route-your-pay/id6761783719) - [Tip Arbiter](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tip-arbiter/id6761786879) All apps by Robert Corbin: https://appshunter.io/developer/1890247992 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
