Today I want to try a new location at Kapolei Hawaii 2/13/26 order pastrami sandwich and clam chowder, I was very disappointed the sandwich meat was so salty waisted my $12 for foot long sandwich and a clam chowder was so watery 1-2 potatoes, 1-2 clams inside and it taste like water wasted $10 I waited for them to open in Hawaii but very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-01-21, version 3.0* The turkey club was made with dark meat, which was terrible, it was supposed to have no lettuce and was loaded with it. The Italian sub that was supposed to have no onions on it. There was no , or little oil. There was barely any meat on any of the sandwiches. This has always been our favorite Capriottis, and we drive out of our way to go to this one, when we have one 2 minutes away from our house. ### 1/5 — DUMBEST APP EVER!!! *2025-12-18, version 3.0* I tried logging back in and put my phone number, an error message pops up saying Oops! Phone has already been taken. It’s just stuck in that screen on the iPhone 16 on iOS26. I close the app and try to open it and it still stuck in that screen. I tried resetting my password on the website and that makes no difference. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Same thing happens when I try to log in online. Makes it extremely frustrating and I usually end up just ordering from somewhere else.
