REMINDERS

• Bugfix in notification generation: reminders for intakes, pre-rules, and follow-ups weren't always being scheduled correctly — fixed, especially for ramp-up/taper schedules.
• Ramp-up completion: once a ramp-up schedule finishes, the medication automatically continues as a normal, fixed-dose medication — including its reminders.
• New: History notes: jot down observations (symptoms, doctor visits, etc.) with one tap — they show up chronologically in your history and in exports.
• New timeline view: see all your medications and notes at a glance, by week or month.
• New table export: alongside the existing list export, you can now export a day × medication grid — easier to read in Excel.
• Pre-/post-intake reminders (e.g. "take on an empty stomach") are now available to everyone, not just Premium.
