I keep coming back to it as my preferred CRM. I’d go so far as to say I cannot work optimally in a customer service and sales focused role without it. ### 2/5 — Inconsiderate app *2025-03-29* I didn’t like it, so I tried to unsubscribe from all there unsolicited task reminders and summaries it is sending me. Unsubscribe refers me to preferences on the web, where notification preferences are so well hidden I couldn’t find them. I had to change my account email address (to garbage) just to get rid of this post. ### 3/5 — Not the fastest *2025-02-24, version 4.3.10* I have used a few different CRMs but my biggest issue with this one is the refresh rate/ sync rate. When using desktop and mobile app at the same time , I have to force sync continuously. Other CRMs have a default sync rate that you can usually set. I only use Capsule because it is why what my employer has set up. To the developer, is there a task delete button that I’m missing somewhere? Other than that, I really like the CRM. ### 3/5 — Issues *2024-06-20* I can’t sort by group name or maturity date. Needs to be an indicator that contact has been contacted such a checkmark. Need to be able to separate each group. I don’t like contacts all together. Need go be able to call customer service and immediately be able to talk to someone.
