### 1/5 — App did not work

*2026-02-06, version 3.1.3*

Said something about coming to your zip code soon then let me keep entering personal data then said there was an error, logged out rebooted the app and still got error.
If your app does not work in NY you should be up front with your customers

### 1/5 — Do not use if you want your meds

*2026-01-14, version 3.1.3*

Delivery rate success is 50%, I’ve had 4 deliveries scheduled and two actual drop offs. The app will say it was dropped off, but the meds are nowhere to be found and then good luck trying to contact them. Hours on hold and never a response to an in app message.

### 1/5 — Sign on doesn’t work via app

*2026-01-14, version 3.1.3*

I have an iPhone 16, the latest software, and your app crashes every time I try to sign in. I have to sign in via a web browser every time. It’s been like this for probably over 6 months.

### 3/5 — Great when it works.

*2025-11-23, version 3.1.1*

I love capsule. I do. When it works, it’s great. Convenient, friendly, quick service. But if you are having an issue or if you just have a question, good luck reaching them! They never answer the phone anymore. You will wait at least 20 min on the phone and even longer on the chat. At the beginning they were always available. . It’s so frustrating when you really need them about a problem or concern. Now I just drive over to them and talk in person. It’s really the only way.

### 2/5 — Reliable but Slow

*2025-11-20, version 3.1.1*

My medical provider in the west suburbs of Chicago recently signed up to promote capsule pharmacy. The problem is they only have one distributing pharmacy that’s in the city of Chicago. Therefore, they can never deliver on the same day as promised it takes at least 24 hours to receive the medicine. Also, they pepper you with a guilt trip to tip the delivery. My insurance benefits, already offers mail order pharmacies, which provides the medication and nearly the same timeframe and there’s no tipping guilt trip.

### 3/5 — Huge delivery windows

*2025-11-04, version 3.1.0*

I love big windows - but not when it comes to deliveries. 12-4 is huge. It’s hard to be available for that many hours.

### 1/5 — DO NOT USE

*2025-09-17, version 3.0.20*

I decided to try it out because it said it would be free and could deliver the medication for my infection the next day. I then quickly found out that it was in wasn't free, had a THREE HOUR delivery window and they ended up CANCELLING my delivery after I waited by the door for 2 hours. Then on top of that they informed me they couldn't transfer my medication to a different pharmacy because they waited to long to delay it and that I had to wait another day for the medication for the incredibly painful infection I have. Garbage company with terrible practices and will play with your physical health.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2025-09-16, version 3.0.20*

Don’t fall for letting these guys take your Rx. They use some automation and bot to get your insurance information and it doesn’t work. Now they make it difficult to move the Rx away from them to your normal pharmacy. Awful awful.

### 1/5 — Won’t fill ADHD meds

*2025-08-17, version 3.0.20*

Before transferring my prescription, I asked what manufacturer they carry since I’ve had a bad reaction in the past. Told me they can’t tell me anything without a prescription on file, but at least they were prompt and empathetic about it. Went ahead and transferred my prescription to be filled in 1 month, and at some point after that they sent a message saying they aren’t taking new prescriptions for ADHD stimulant meds. Should have told me that up front!

### 1/5 — Delivery is a nightmare

*2025-08-14, version 3.0.20*

If you want your medication right away do it traditional way. They schedule delivery for next day and then someone has to sign and not allow to leave medication in mailbox. Then u re-schedule delivery and they never deliver. I wont recommend this service.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2025-07-17, version 3.0.20*

It constantly has sign in issues. I always have to sign in on the web browser. Please either delete your app or fix it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — When it’s good, it’s good. When it’s bad, it’s TERRIBLE.

*2026-08-14, version 3.1.6*

For the most part they offer a good service. When there even the simplest of issues, however, Capsule consistently falls short. Prescriptions not getting refilled because they gave up on contacting my provider and never notified me. Orders getting cancelled an hour before they’re supposed to be delivered, late in the day on a Friday, because they suddenly realize the medication is out of stock. Their customer support phone line breaks up and you can barely hear their CS reps to discuss your issue. Their customer support chat is half AI, and the AI doesn’t read previous messages so it can follow up on conversations you had with real people.

Capsule: if everything goes right, fine. If there’s a simple issue, you’re on your own and out of luck.

### 1/5 — Horrible experience

*2026-08-03, version 3.1.6*

Incredibly irresponsible pharmacy. Continues to automatically last minute cancel my insulin delivery because they claim the price is increasing by just one cent, triggering a cancelation. Then the original delivery window is no longer available. I’m 5+ days without insulin at this point.

Further, they do not follow the legally mandated $35 minimum copay for insulin. They claim to have used the drug manufacture’s coupon to bring down the copay and then last minute say they can’t use it and the copay is doubled.

### 1/5 — Slow, inefficient, difficult to work with

*2026-07-07, version 3.1.6*

Terrible pharmacy, terrible customer service. Avoid if you value your health and/or sanity.

### 1/5 — App is awful

*2026-06-22, version 3.1.5*

The app is constantly glitching and not working causing me to not be able to refill my medication.

### 1/5 — App unusable

*2026-06-09, version 3.1.5*

I tried to use my doctor’s system to use this pharmacy just to try it out, I was told I would get a text within the hour and did not, so then I decided to try the app. I’m stuck in an impossible loop of trying to complete my account, after I do the initial sign up it dumps me to a log in page unexpectedly, and then says that the log in that I just created doesn’t work. Sooooo I think I will just go to my regular pharmacy, maybe don’t try to vibe code the medications idk

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2026-06-01, version 3.1.5*

Just save yourself the time and frustration and go through CVS or Walgreens or whatever. The most frustrating experience ever not having an extremely common rx, it took a long time to get the rx transferred and communication was lacking.

### 1/5 — Gave them another chance

*2026-05-14, version 3.1.5*

I see from reading reviews that I’m not the only one who has placed an order, received a delivery time, then after sitting NEXT TO THE ONLY DOOR for three hours and not receiving my RX, called to hear that the driver couldn’t get an answer. This is such an unbelievable lie! I’m TERRIFIED of missing ANY delivery because I just had knee surgery and can’t drive. The driver must have had too many deliveries to make and just..bailed on me. AND THEN LIED ABOUT IT. Either that or the idiot went to a completely different apt complex altogether. Anyway, these people can’t fulfill their promises. Zero stars!

### 1/5 — Go to a real pharmacy

*2026-03-07, version 3.1.3*

They use AI and constantly mess up orders. You’re never talking to a real person. Don’t trust them with your meds.

### 1/5 — The worst couriers, the worst customer support

*2026-02-25, version 3.1.3*

Not recommended at all. For two days in a row, the courier was driving around near my address, couldn’t find the entrance, and marked that no one was home to receive the medication. Even though I was available, messaging them instructions on how to find the address, they kept calling me repeatedly. In the end, I still did not receive the item.

### 1/5 — Great when it works.

*2026-02-23, version 3.1.3*

Unfortunately, when they can’t deliver, they schedule you not for the day after but for when they have availability, some people do need their medicines on time. Disappointing

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-04-21, version 3.1.3*

This is an excellent company on time responding quickly with real people. I’ve never missed a single medication since I’ve switched to their service. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2026-01-29, version 3.1.3*

Capsule has been a lifesaver for me. The medication I’m on is never in stock at traditional pharmacies but I can always rely on Capsule to have it in stock. In addition, the customer service is second to none. It is a 10 out of 10 in every way imaginable

### 5/5 — This pharmacy is everything you wanted.

*2025-11-20, version 3.1.1*

Due to a medical issue, I was left with severe chronic illness, I have to take 12 medications every day. The stress and extra work it takes to manage all those medications is a nightmare. Since switching it has made my life significantly easier. I can’t even express how much time is saved not having to make phone call after phone. Call after phone call desperately trying to find my medication or desperately trying to convince them and insurance to fill it. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

### 5/5 — FABULOUS!

*2025-11-12, version 3.1.0*

This is so simple! I’m not even out of the doctor’s office and I already get a message to pick the time I want my meds delivered — AMAZING! My schedule’s unpredictable, and Capsule has delivered to four different locations for me, fast every time. I don’t have to wait at home; they come wherever I am. They reach out when it’s time to refill! They were able to transfer a medication that o had refills left over to them. I had to NOTHING!!!! WOO-Hoo And you know what? I’ve always received my meds within the time frame I picked. BRAVO to whoever developed Capsule! I couldn’t ask for anything more’

### 5/5 — I can’t live without it; I mean it

*2025-11-08*

It’s rare to be able to say you can’t live without something and mean it. But with this service, it’s true. Or, if I had to live without it, my life would be infinitely more difficult. And it was, before this service. That’s partly because the service is so good and partly because the only alternatives are so horrible. It’s also rare for something with that much advertising to be good. I saw ads for this everywhere in NY. The subway, on top of cabs, you name it. I was a little hesitant to try it because I feared that it might be pricier than getting drugs directly from insurance (never do that. I learned my lesson.) I tried it, carefully tracking the drug price on each. I’ve never seen something with such a stark difference in quality. And again, I mean that. It’s rare to see 2 services that purport to do the same thing with differences that stark. (I’ve since learned why, which is that Capsule makes money by getting you drugs and that insurances make money by delaying and denying you drugs. That’s not hyperbole. It’s the business model.)

### 5/5 — FABULOUS!

*2025-10-17, version 3.1.0*

This is so simple! I’m not even out of the doctor’s office and I am receiving a message for me to pick the time I want the meds delivered! I mean come on I get to pick the time! And you know what I’ve always received the meds within the time frame I picked.

### 5/5 — Reliability at last!

*2025-07-27, version 3.0.20*

After months of inconsistent availability of medications with certain chain (and some local) pharmacies, I’d become frustrated with the effort of having to hunt down who has what medication, and the back and forth with my doctor’s office each month to do this took time away from my work. Enter Capsule. Your doctor sends the prescription, you enter the payment method (FSA card, etc.) to use with your insurance, you select the medication(s), you schedule the delivery at a time that works for you. No waiting, no uncertainty. If you have questions? Their support works with your physician’s office, and their chat actually explains what’s happening and why. Cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Top tier customer support

*2025-07-09, version 3.0.20*

Capsule is fantastic. Their customer support is best in class and the delivery drivers are excellent. The deliveries are handled with care and empathy, which is something that is seriously lacking from other similar services. Using capsule has removed so much stress from my life, and the same day deliveries are great. Thank you for all you do!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-07-08, version 3.0.20*

Amazing app with amazing service. Leagues ahead of CVS and Walgreens in service

### 5/5 — Incredible. Love this company. Improved my quality of life. One recommendation.

*2025-04-05*

Firstly, THANK YOU for making my life so much easier. This app is so helpful and brings so much value to my life as a chronic illness girlie in perpetual need of medical treatment. To all of those behind the scenes, you’re heroes to me. Secondly, I have one request / recommendation for a helpful feature. Any way users could add their own personal notes on each meditation listed in the Prescriptions tab? When we click on a prescription, we get (very helpful) medication details including prescriber info, Q&As about the medication, expiration dates, etc. I think it would really helpful if along with the option to archive a prescription, we could add personal notes to each medication like how we felt while taking it / if we had any side effects and more personal details as to why we were prescribed it, etc.
