Initially, I installed the app started syncing my photos. It’s been a week it’s still going on. 
Still I don’t see any single photo on the app. All I see wheels are spinning.

Capsyl was able to backup hundreds of pictures and videos from my device so I didn’t lose any memories when switching to a new device! Now I can keep my local device storage free on my new device using Capsyl’s clean up features. Love it!
