FIVE YEAR MISSIONS
- Total revamp of the Upgrade process at the end of a Five Year Mission game
- All captains' Win and Loss upgrades are now in the app
- Directly select the Boost or Reinforcement you want, and even get a filtered list of the cards that are available for you to Reinforce
- Mission page has a list of your Reinforcements and Boots to remind you at the start of your next game

KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
- Due to a security breach at Cold Station 12, augments had run rampant altering Khan's gameplay and scoring
- Khan's scoring for marked traits is now correct in player and bot modes
- The Wrathful state now triggers automatically when completing Khan's second mission as a player and no longer applies in his bot mode
- When facing the Khan bot, your specialty tracks will no longer be "buried alive" and will display correctly
- Other smaller fixes and notices for Captains with special scoring instructions or differences (Burnham, Rebner)
- If we go "by the book", hours would seem like days. Unfortunately due to these previous errors, Khan games logged in hours previous to the latest version will not be able to have their stats corrected automatically, but you can manually re-log them to correct the stats.

- Five Year Mission improvements - pick Basic or Advanced mode per assignment, and see the auto-calculated Bot difficulty right on the assignment panel.
- Random captain - Allamaraine! Roll a random pick from the available pool on any captain selection.
- Updated Trait and Track Nomenclature - traits reorganized into categories matching those mentioned in the manual (Organization, Occupation, Type, Gameplay, Wildcard), and tracks are now property called Specialty Tracks.
- Miscellaneous bug fixes.

The Starfleet Corps of Engineers have, with the assistance of the BGG forums, made the following updates
- Reduced iOS requirement to iOS 17
- Added the ability to decrease Focus tracks during game
- Added back button to return from Scoring page if desired
- After intense computer analysis, updated traits, suits, and names of cards that were incorrect (Talaxian fur flies were found munching on the isolinear chips)
- Traits now sort consistently for all cards
