## What is CaptainsDeck?

CaptainsDeck brings your boat's entire operation into one app: pre-departure checks, issue tracking, tank and fuel management, engine-hour based maintenance and a digital logbook.

A CHECKLIST BUILT FOR YOUR BOAT
- 74 brands, 1000+ models. Model-specific items (IPS pod check, shaft seal, saildrive bellows…) are included automatically.
- Boat not listed? Add your own: pick propulsion and equipment, and the checklist is generated for your boat.
- Edit technical values (tanks, cabins, seacocks) to match your boat; count targets and liter math update instantly.

ISSUES AND NOTES
- Photo-based issue logs; compare two photos side by side or as an overlay to track changes (perfect for bilge monitoring).

TANKS AND COSTS
- Fuel, water, grey/black levels; receipt-photo fuel logs; monthly and yearly fuel cost summary. Liters/gallons and currency options.

MAINTENANCE AND REMINDERS
- Engine-hour counter, rules like "oil every 100 hrs" with color countdowns, and dated reminders (flare expiry, raft service) with notifications.

LOGBOOK AND REPORTS
- Trips with departure/arrival, route, crew and engine hours; ending a trip updates the maintenance counter automatically.
- Export the checklist as a signed PDF report for marinas, insurers or charter handovers.

CREW SHARING
