This app is awful - didn’t work - took my money - tried to email support with an error message saying the email isn’t a working email.  DON’T DO IT!!! There are many others WAY better!!!

I'm really sorry about your experience. We're a young app and we know we're not perfect yet, but we genuinely care about fixing things.

I'd love to know what went wrong so I can fix it for you personally. Whether it's credits not loading, videos not generating, or something else entirely, I want to make it right.

Give me a chance at support@broverse.ai and I'll sort it out right away. If I can't fix it, I'll walk you through the refund process myself.
