### 2/5 — Creaky Bridge I am Still willing to cross

*2026-06-06*

Still seems buggy as I see that the option to change the timeout time is gone and it saves conversations even if you put it to not do so. Hoping for an update to either the app, the glasses or both.

### 3/5 — Needs work Still

*2026-03-19*

I have been in using the Captify glasses for a couple of months and have mixed feelings. The software still needs tweaking. When it works it works great but often it disconnects halfway though a conversation due to slow or loss of internet for no reason (all my other internet programs work fine at this time). I can’t always take the time to reboot the app to get it to work during critical patients conversations. When it is slow, there end up being awkward pauses as I wait for the transcription to catch up. This causes me to have to explain about my hearing loss when the focus should be on my patients. I can see the potential and just hope it works more reliably at some point.

### 1/5 — App fails

*2026-02-15*

App doesn’t progress past “What’s your name?”
Restarted iPhone, Deleted and downloaded again.
Should not have to provide personal info to set up :(
iPhone 16 Pro Max

### 3/5 — Dedicated to captions but app needs work

*2026-01-03*

As title says, app needs more work. You can have solid wifi and cellular but it goes in and out saying “slow internet” or “no internet” when your phone has strong wifi or4 cellular bars. Not sure if they need to update and improve their servers but this is an app issue more than glasses.

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2025-11-22*

No differentiate speakers?

### 4/5 — These glasses will change my life

*2025-10-20*

Went out for my birthday lunch,

Had 7 people with me.

The glasses did great during the first half of the session. Towards the second half of the lunch, were huge delays between people talking and some inaccurate statements.

I was using the phone setting and the glasses setting to test out the accuracy. I can’t wait to see the new app update to differentiate the speakers.

The glasses audio detection performs better than the phone.

I can’t wait to keep testing out the accessibility and accuracy of these glasses. These glasses will be so helpful for me during my job.

### 1/5 — Russophoby

*2025-10-06*

No Russian language, one of 7 ones in the UN. But here are Malayalam, Telugu, Swahili, Punjabi, Zulu etc...

### 1/5 — Russophobia

*2025-09-19*

There is no Russian language in the Pro version, there are Swahili, Zulu, and Somali. But Russian is in the cheap MYVU version. And only 4 hours of work!? X is R waiting A for I me!

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2025-08-22*

The hardware is very promising but the software simply doesn’t work, huge amounts of bugs and missing features. I felt like I paid too much to be a beta tester, hopefully they will fix things, as this tech would be a god send to a hard of hearing person like me, but for now, I returned mine.

### 5/5 — Working wonderfully

*2025-08-18*

Have been using the app with the new glasses for 2 weeks now. Working great- easy to navigate.
