The delays are so bad that I get hung up on. Update: STILL WILL NOT WORK !!!!! I make a call and before anyone answers it says my call was disconnected and trying to reconnect. I’ve had it. I’m looking for something else. Funny thing is after my initial complaint the response I got was “Thank you for using Olio”. Really? Most out going calls failed to connect. Incoming calls to my native number failed to switch to the app for captioning. After lengthy chats some problems were resolves by switching off the “my caller id” feature. Unfortunately now incoming calls to my native number failed are not captioned, and any calls made from my native number are not captioned. Even if I open the app in the middle of a call, it the app will not caption the call. This is a known issue by the app provider and the phone carrier. ### 1/5 — Concerned ID Thief *2025-11-25, version 29.0* The signup for this app requires too much personal information. Considering the number of data breaches that industries are experiencing the risk is too great.
