### 1/5 — Does this actually work or is a scam?

*2025-10-03*

My concern is this is just taking my images and selling them -

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback.
Images are only processed by AI to power app features. We never sell your images, and your data is protected by industry-standard Google server security.
If you have questions or suggestions, please email hello@captr.app - we’d love to hear more from you and see your concerns addressed!

### 2/5 — Great Categorization Intent Falls Short

*2026-07-20*

Captr and its website show the right idea, but the workflow is weak, and contacting the developer is an impossible loop, except for writing a review in the App Store. A) Workflow: 1) AI suggests titles, but there’s no action to accept the title as a picture group. Instead, you can choose a reminder for a single screenshot, or go to the web based on the screenshot’s source. I want to create albums of like-kind screenshots, from which choosing the actions on the album would be more beneficial. 2) I only see single-screenshot AI processing when I need batch grouping, where I can select an existing album/grouping or create a new one. B) Support: 1) The link from the App Store opens a website with great info and use cases that aren't delivered in the App; 2) The support site doesn't have a way to contact the developer for any given reason and loops back to the App Store, where I can only write a review. Is that how you want to be contacted? In my opinion, choosing a support category and a textbox description would be more useful for us than looping back to the App Store to post a review like the one I’m writing here. 3) Blog on the website is only from the developer. While it’s informational, there’s no capability to interact, and again, instead of posting an inquiry, we’re looped back to writing a review here. SUMMARY: This could easily be a 5-Star App, but it feels very young. Maybe the developer would consider using TestFlight to have Beta testers. If Captr uses TestFlight, I’d love to be one of the testers. I’m happy to update this review and its rating as these concerns are addressed. To the Developer: Keep building, this app has the unique potential I've been looking for. Thanks.

**Developer response:** Thank you — this is a genuinely thoughtful review, and it's already useful.

Several of the things you're describing are exactly what we're focused on right now, and where you couldn't find them, that's a discoverability gap we're actively working to close. A couple of things you can already do today:

Batch grouping: long-press any screenshot in the Library to enter multi-select, pick as many as you like, then tap the three-dots menu — from there you can manage lists and drop them into an existing one or create a new list on the spot. The Lists tab also surfaces AI-suggested groupings you can accept with one tap. We know these aren't surfaced clearly enough yet, and improving how they're discovered is on us.

Contacting us: there's a support option in the app's Settings that opens an email straight to us (feedback@azaiq.com) — no App Store loop. You're completely right that the website doesn't surface this and circles back to the store. We're working on a new version of the site and will fix exactly this.

On the bigger point: we're actively working on making the Lists experience much richer. That direction is a big part of where we're taking the app next, and feedback like yours is shaping it.

### 4/5 — Exactly what I’d been wanting

*2026-06-21*

Well executed and nicely designed app for people who use screenshots as notes/reminders. I just wish you could store them and delete them from photos app so photos app stays clean.

### 5/5 — The best screen shot app!

*2026-04-14*

I have over 20,000 screenshots and I used to think I would never be able to use them. They’re full of recipes, places to visit, things to do,!things to do with my kids and I can say after trying other apps for years and my phone screen organizer folders this is literally the best screenshot organizer ever I already feel more organized and I’m able to actually useall of the things I have set reminders, just so helpful!

### 5/5 — Great tool!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-01-03*

This is a phenomenal idea for people who love to take screenshots- and then are overwhelmed with the amount of screenshots they took and no way to organize. This app really helps me w my ADD and screenshot addiction.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this!
We’re really happy to hear Captr helps make screenshots easier to manage — especially when they start piling up.
Really appreciate your support!

### 5/5 — Finally making sense of my screenshots!

*2025-10-22*

I’ve been waiting years for someone to make something or organize my life this way. I take so many screenshots and they all end up lost or never getting done. This is a great way to keep on top of everything in one place, and it’s SO much better than going into my photo roll.

**Developer response:** GoLocationscout, we're so glad we could finally make sense of your screenshots for you! We completely understand how easy it is for them to get lost in the photo roll, and Captr was designed specifically to solve that problem. Thank you for recognizing how much better the dedicated organization is - we appreciate the feedback!

### 5/5 — Exceptional

*2025-10-19*

Such an easy way to organize my screen shots. I had tried to organize them with photo app but this does it so much better. Love that you can make folders, makes it so easy to find what I am looking for.

**Developer response:** RNchelseagirl, we appreciate the great feedback! It's wonderful to know that Captr's dedicated organization tools, especially the folder feature, are working so much better for you than general photo apps. Happy organizing!

### 5/5 — Obsessed :)

*2025-08-15*

If your phone is full of screenshots, get this. It automatically organises everything, and the best part is I can delete them to free up so much storage!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words! We know how overwhelming screenshot clutter can get and how it bloats your gallery. We’re glad Captr is making it easier for you.
