This app is unusable.  In app you cannot add people to send messages to.  It does not notify you when you get a message from a client. It is horrible.

Therefore I can’t send and receive messages. Worse than having no solution, note my clients think they can text me but I won’t see them and have a chance to respond.

Only works occasionally. Chats and voicemails are delayed on receiving. Contacts did not transfer smoothly. 

It is basically a phone. No ability to add a call. Font size is small and cannot adjust. Cannot change ring tone to distinguish from app or phone call.

I can’t believe my firm requires me to use this service. Calls drop frequently, we do not receive notifications when sms messages come through, and their web interface is generally unstable.

This app works correctly maybe 5% of the time. Otherwise they are always coming out with “updates” to fix buds that wind up creating even worse problem. 

The most recent update (June 6, 2024) has now made the app completely useless. I can’t even open it not quite as soon as I try to open the app.

This app is glitches, I’m regularly having to restart, the ONLY option for saving contacts is giving the app access to ALLLL your personal contacts. This is terribly disappointing & this app is essentially of no use to me because I will not give it access to all my contacts.
