Looking at the app it hasn’t been updated in a year and it shows. This app is essential in my career and we spend so much time fiddling with it. The app has three main opening glitches. 
1. It opens and won’t allow you to type. 
2. It opens and you can not continue to the next screen to actually take the prints. 
3. You get to the next screen and it closes out of everything.
