Das ist extrem ärgerlich, eben wollte ich - wie seit vielen Jahren - mit dem iPhone schnell eben mal Dokumente scannen. Unfassbar, was sich Canon hier erlaubt, technisch gibt es überhaupt keinen Grund, die alte Version 3 war zwar betagt, funktionierte aber. Man hätte sie einfach im App Store lassen und pflegen können. Bei der Desktop-Version für den Mac wird das Modell leider schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr unterstützt. Wie kann ich die letzte Version wieder bekommen? ### 1/5 — Nicht mehr nutzbar, Update fehlt, speichern nicht möglich *2022-06-12, version 4.0.0* Seit dem letzten Update lässt sich der Scanner IMAGEFORMULA DR-C225W nicht mehr nutzen. Er wird von der App nicht mehr erkannt. Eine Fehlerbehebung vom Service steht aus. Am Gerät liegt es nicht, mit meinem uralt MacBook ( keine Updates gemacht) läuft es noch. Das ein Jahr alte Problem wurde nie behoben:Die eingescannten Dokumente lassen sich zwar in die Ordner von Dateien zuordnen und umbenennen, es fehlt aber der Speicher Button. J’ai réussi par la 2eme application de scanner appelée Canon COTJT à retrouver mon scanner car celle-ci propose de rechercher son scanner en renseignant par l’IP, ce que je fais à chaque fois, mais l’application manque de developpement car elle est reduite en fonctionnalitées en comparaison de Canon COTM. Une option à developper pour permettre de rechercher par l’IP dans l’application Canon COTM pourrait contourner le problème de non detection automatique du scanner et permettre de continuer d’utiliser cette application et ses fonctionnalités. ### 2/5 — V4.1.1 doesn’t work with WU-10 *2023-05-29, version 4.1.1* I used the Cannon P-215 II with the App and the Wifi adapter (Canon WU10) happily in before 2021.
