Instant Capture….instant feedback!
I’ve been using the Capturz app for a couple of months now and couldn’t be more pleased with it. For those previously missed opportunities in training (I coach field hockey), I am now able to capture, share and feedback instantly with players/groups of players, ensuring that feedback is relevant and delivered ‘in the moment’. Importantly it doesn’t distract from the actual session, indeed it is greatly augmenting the player/coach engagement process and reducing take up times by being able to show players exactly where they are going right and wrong….a brilliant app!

Simple and effective way to improve my form
Incredibly simple and efficient app to use and review your performance and progress.
For me, the ability to just set it running, start my sets and then use a watchword to capture only those reps or holds that I want to review rather than have to stop each set and pause the video or wade through 45 minutes of video (if I have the storage!), to find the 2 minutes that I want to review is incredibly helpful.
