This is a scam.  They are not considered a legitimate financial institution.  Your money is not safe here.  They will lock your account as soon as you deposit more than $100 just over night then steal it for over a month or two. 
My $250 deposit here after new debit card arrived and activated, it was stolen for 2 months. 
If you have money to just give away for extensive time, download and open account here.  They don’t follow any banking regulations.
