Reached out them about it. Haven’t heard back. However, the games can be pretty difficult for younger kids to play. If your pet gets sick, it can even be nearly impossible to earn enough coins to buy the pet medicine. We do like that the game can teach motor skills by touching and feeding the pet. I had to tell my 2 year old that capy is sick and she can’t play with him because you need 300 coins to buy the medicine but to get the coins you have to get past level 49 which impossible with the timeframe you get. Tried to join a group and by the medicine, again that didn’t work even though it says you can share coins. Terrible design! ### 1/5 — Where are updates for pocketbuild???? *2026-08-30, version 1.56* Who cares about a potato and capybara??? I love the update timeline but none of them after cats have been done in 2 years. The hard levels are impossible to pass with such mininum time. You can add time three times but that's it when they're gone they're gone. Then you have to pay for more time. It doesn't get fun anymore so I deleted the game ### 1/5 — Unexpected Moneygrab *2026-07-07, version 1.51* This game was so close to being an adorable, cute, Tomadachi like pocket must have. But unfortunately the people who made it only cared about money. After two days of playing I got stuck. My animal was sick, the puzzle level I was stuck on was too hard to beat, and I couldn’t afford medicine. I’m essentially soft locked now all because they could figure out how to make a game that didn’t charge its players just to play. A big let down ### 1/5 — What a shame. *2026-06-27* I loved this game in the very beginning .. not anymore . I am deleting the game because I spend so much time playing levels to get coins for my Capy and each time I do it shows she’s sick and she needs medicine . It’s not hours later or even an hour later that this comes up on the screen it is every 20minutes . I played for give or take 30 minutes got up to 800 coins . I bought her medicine fixed all of her needs walked away from the phone for 10-15min max got back on and it’s saying again she needs medicine. This is EVERY single time I go and play . I can’t get her anything . I can’t bring her inside . Literally nothing . This game is so money provoking and continues to expect u to spend spend spend on boosters so u can gain enough coins and then nothing changes . This game is constant disappointment each time I go in and try to play . I am on level 169 and yet my pet is still sitting outside because all I do is play to get her medicine every hour. I am beyond upset by my continued experiences with this game. DO BETTER! ### 1/5 — Unplayable *2026-06-25* I really wanted to enjoy this game, but the progression feels designed to push you into spending money. Every time I log in, my Capy is sick and needs medicine that costs 300 points. It takes about 10 minutes of playing mini games just to earn enough points for the medicine, but by then I still don’t have enough left to feed my Capy. So now she’s no longer sick… she’s starving instead. Then, after logging back in a short time later (sometimes only 15 minutes), she’s sick again and the cycle repeats. I end up spending all my time grinding mini games just to keep my Capy alive, with no opportunity to save points for food, cosmetic items, or anything fun. The game offers a way around this—you can simply buy more points with real money—but I shouldn’t have to spend money just to keep my virtual pet from constantly getting sick or starving. That doesn’t feel rewarding; it feels like the game is intentionally designed to frustrate players into making purchases. On top of that, about every 10 mini games you’ll get a “hard” level that’s nearly impossible to beat. Conveniently, you can buy assistance to complete those levels… with more real money. Overall, the game has a cute concept, but the monetization feels far too aggressive. Instead of enjoying and customizing my Capy, I spend almost all of my time trying to keep it alive while being repeatedly encouraged to spend money. That takes a lot of the fun out of what could have been a great game. ### 1/5 — Adorable, but a cash grab *2026-06-16, version 1.51* Ya I’m not about to watch my digital capybara die because I have to pay to save him. So I’ve deleted the app. Super cute initially and love the idea but like others said - level 49 is impossible to pass without paying, and even then…. I don’t think it’s a one time pay situation. They make it very difficult out of nowhere. You can add 5 lives for $2. Or pay $.99 to add 30 seconds and it would take minimum that to pass. Should’ve just forced us to watch ads like any other normal game app to add bonuses. This is messed up. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-12, version 1.51* Took my money $2 without telling.
