### 5/5 — Peace of mind

*2026-03-12*

The simple user interface makes it a treasure. It’s not an energy zap when I consume data from it.It is truly rare in apps these days.

We eat out not more than 1 time a week, but we ate a lot of “healthy” junk at home instead.
Capzicum is so simple in spelling out what’s good, great and meh. So we have been able to switch out to tasty and delicious snacks.

It’s not loaded with the usual fluff a health app comes it.

Looking forward to a pet friendly version for this. Please and thanks !

### 5/5 — A must have for healthier shopping

*2026-02-20*

I have always wanted to know how to limit or eliminate ultra processed foods in my pantry. This is a great app which I can now use while grocery shopping. Results are instantaneous since I can scan and get results right away.

### 5/5 — No barcode needed so any food can be scanned!

It’s a relief that this app’s not barcode dependent. It OCRs ingredient text and provides insights. And the game is cool!
