The email address they give you to report issues and request refunds is apparently not monitored as every email I have sent has been ignored. And on top of that Apple is absolutely useless when you turn to them to try and help fix the issues, and won’t accept a refund despite the fause advertisement and lack of any sort of customer service through the app itself ### 1/5 — SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED!! *2026-08-02, version 2.0.2* This app requires a payment to utilize its features. Each time you click on a link, an offer to purchase a subscription pops up. If you go through the process of adding your vehicle, it doesn’t actually save the information without purchase. The price of the subscription options are $69.99/yr, $0.99/m, & FREE for 3 days. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-31, version 2.0.1* Doesn’t have all of the Audi Models on the app and it doesn’t even do half of the things it says it does in the App Store. I think this is actually a scam if I’m being honest. Don’t waste your money. ### 5/5 — Finally *2026-07-27* After about ten attempts to match passwords I was able to install the app. It had better work. Das kostenlose Probeabo wurde nach Ablauf automatisch in ein kostenpflichtiges Jahresabo für 89,99 € umgewandelt. Ich habe die Kündigung leider vergessen und der gesamte Jahresbetrag wurde sofort abgebucht. Seit der Abbuchung habe ich die App nicht einmal geöffnet oder genutzt. Dieses Geschäftsmodell wirkt darauf ausgelegt, dass Nutzer die Kündigung übersehen. Ein Probeabo sollte nach meinem Verständnis automatisch enden und nicht ohne aktive Bestätigung in ein kostenpflichtiges Jahresabo übergehen. Gerade bei einem so hohen Betrag ist das äußerst kundenunfreundlich. Dass trotz sofortiger Reaktion und Nichtnutzung keine unkomplizierte Rückerstattung möglich ist, hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.
