The lease calculator lacks sufficient inputs to accurately calculate lease payments. Nice design though. ### 4/5 — Needs update! *2011-04-05* I work in the car business and this is a five star app with one exception! The app, under the lease tab, needs a revised method to enter the residual value. It needs to either have a box for msrp (or vehicle price for residual to be factored on) and a separate box for residual percentage. An alternative (or maybe include both) is it could include a calculator to factor the residual inside the app. Either way it is frustrating to have to exit the application to calculate the residual value!
