This is the worst app I ever see. I tried to figure out if the app is compatible with my car before purchasing it but couldn’t. I was skeptical about it but saw refund option so I bought it. Turn out its not gonna work for my car so tried to contact seller to get refund but didn’t get reply. Then, tried to work with apple. This is the first time I ever ask for refund with apple but they disappointed me. The app makes it very difficult to contact the seller either for refund, cancel, or for help. It is basically a scam because when doing the purchase it does not give you the option to verify the compatibility with your car before payment, and when you have paid they will not issue a refund going against all rules of trade in the UK where a client has a 14 day cooling off period regardless! So basically a scam or fraud as you wish to describe it.
