## What is Car Expenses?

Car Expenses keeps every fuel fill-up, expense and maintenance reminder for your vehicles in one simple place, stored on your device. No account, no ads, no subscription: you buy the app once.

FUEL LOG
▸ Record date, odometer, quantity, total cost, station and notes for every fill-up
▸ Mark full or partial tanks; consumption is estimated between full tanks (L/100 km, or kWh/100 km for electric vehicles)
▸ Follow your average fuel price on a simple chart
▸ Filter by date range or station, show full tanks only, search your notes

EXPENSES
▸ Track maintenance, repairs, insurance, tax, parking, tolls, car wash, tyres and other costs
▸ Add a vendor, an odometer reading and notes to each entry
▸ Filter by date, category, vendor or amount and search your notes

REMINDERS
▸ Reminders for inspection, insurance, service, oil change, tyres, tax or anything custom
▸ Set a due date and/or an odometer reading; repeat yearly or every six months
▸ Dated reminders send a local notification on your device on the due day
▸ Each new vehicle starts with common reminders without dates: enter your real deadlines and their notifications turn on

DASHBOARD AND REPORTS
▸ 30-day fuel and expense spend, average consumption and average cost per km or mile
▸ Weekly spending trend for the last eight weeks and your top expense categories of the last 90 days
▸ Create a PDF summary report for a vehicle and share it

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
▸ Everything is stored locally in the app; it works without an internet connection
▸ No account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking SDKs
▸ Export CSV files, create a backup ZIP and restore it on a new phone
▸ Optional app lock with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode
▸ Manage several vehicles, each with its own currency (20 supported) and km or miles

MAKE IT YOURS
▸ Six colour themes plus light, dark and system mode
▸ Available in English, Romanian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish
▸ Designed for iPhone and iPad

ONE-TIME PURCHASE
Car Expenses is a paid app with no in-app purchases and no subscription. Buy it once in the App Store and use every feature.

GOOD TO KNOW
Figures such as totals, consumption and cost per km are estimates based on the data you enter. They are not financial, tax or accounting advice. Reminders are an aid: you remain responsible for insurance, inspection and tax deadlines, and notifications depend on your device settings. Never use the app while driving.
