I never purchased this subscription, yet have been charged $9.99 a week for two weeks. I downloaded the app for my toddler to play for what they offered free. My toddler played it and wasn’t that into it so I deleted it. I then realized I was being charged $9.99 a week, unfortunately after the 2nd payment!! Although I canceled right away, I still have to pay for something I’m not using nor authorized payment. My toddler must of clicked purchase. The thing is I have where I have to do Face ID or password and I never did that. I do not understand how my son would have accidentally paid. Never has happened and he plays games frequently on my phone!! Now for an app he played a few minutes on I have been charged $20..very upset! I should be refunded and if I do I will update this review. It shocks me how they can even charge £11.99 a WEEK for such a basic gam that probably costs them nothing. There’s not much to it at all.
