Worst of all the pictures on the adverts are not the same as shown in the game considering I’ve now paid so should be getting the ‘full’ it’s rubbish. It shocks me how they can even charge £11.99 a WEEK for such a basic gam that probably costs them nothing. There’s not much to it at all. I never purchased this subscription, yet have been charged $9.99 a week for two weeks. I downloaded the app for my toddler to play for what they offered free. My toddler played it and wasn’t that into it so I deleted it. I then realized I was being charged $9.99 a week, unfortunately after the 2nd payment!! Although I canceled right away, I still have to pay for something I’m not using nor authorized payment. My toddler must of clicked purchase. The thing is I have where I have to do Face ID or password and I never did that. I do not understand how my son would have accidentally paid. Never has happened and he plays games frequently on my phone!! Now for an app he played a few minutes on I have been charged $20..very upset! I should be refunded and if I do I will update this review.
