The calculations are simply inaccurate.  Find another app.

It’s accuracy is way off and as soon as one puts in the interest rate it takes you to a finance company.  Ridiculous

Would be great if the app can change years to month or allow decimal place for the years.
Eg: 15 months equals 1.25 years or
18 months equals to 1.5 years
