No way to get rid of ads. ### 3/5 — Missing a vital stat *2022-04-20, version 3.1* The lack of an “amount owed on trade” section will result in an incorrect payment amount in states where the sales tax is reduced proportionate to the amount of the trade. If you put the full amount of the trade you will get the correct tax, but the payment will be way low due to the existing loan. If you just put the equity from the trade your payment will be high due to the tax being assessed to too much of the purchase price. If you have a loan on your trade you cannot obtain the correct payment estimate. Otherwise the app is excellent. ### 3/5 — Your input data is error *2019-09-03, version 2.4* Hi.
