I like how you can change/add/delete maintenance items by car since they’ll have different service requirements. Would be nice to have a “master” list so you can edit the interval presets/defaults, then when they are added to a new car you don’t have to go in and update again. Donc à mon avis, cette partie de l’application devrait être modifiée, et pourquoi ne pas être capable de télécharger des documents qui sont déjà en PDF dans notre téléphone au lieu d’être obligé de prendre une photo qui a beaucoup plus de donner un document PDF ### 4/5 — (Almost) perfect app *2024-08-15, version 2.1.3* This app builds on the idea of the popular "Road Trip" in the App Store, but gets updated by a cleaner weekly reminder for an odometer reading. Road Trip requires adding each vehicle fill up to stay up to date, but the problem there is when two people share a car, it's very easy for someone to forget to add it, throwing things off. This app keeps it simple. The main thing lacking (and I would update to 5 stars) is iCloud sync. In 2024, I'm dubious of any app that doesn't have some way of backing up data, especially because data loss has been reported by other reviewers. Nothing else would need to be changed about the app, but some way to backup and sync data would make it a 5-star app for me. ### 4/5 — Good Program *2023-10-22, version 2.1.1* I was looking for a program to track my maintenance on my vehicles. I tried a few and liked this one the best. This program allows you to enter multiple maintenance items in one service (which most of them don't). The layout of the program is very simple and easy to use. You can change or add services to fit your car and also change the service time peroids It allows you to track multiple cars and gather a fair amount of data on your cars. One thing I would like them to add is service center. So you can track who worked on your car. This program works very well, but could be more extensive. ### 5/5 — Great Application *2023-09-27, version 2.1.1* Great application, this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s clean, simple and stores data locally. A few opportunities to improve; 1. Add an “other” category; some reminders that are added may not fall into the ones already provided. 2. After selecting miles as the unit of measure, when editing the distance for reminders the unit still reflects as kilometers this should reflect miles. Update** I recently opened the car maintenance application and all of my car maintenance records have been wiped - this is without updating the application. The only thing that was done recently was update to iOS 17.0.2 ### 5/5 — Great App! *2023-09-09, version 2.1.1* Loving this app. It’s everything I want that’s missing from CarFax Car Care. It’s got super customizable reminders and records which has been a huge pain point with Car Care. One thing I’d love to be added is pdf attachments for records and iCloud backups for data. All of my records are pdfs and screenshotting them to add them to the app is a bit annoying. Backup is also super important since I’d hate to have all of my records and reminders disappear with an app update. Also if the dev ever wants to stop making updates. Pleaseeeee make this open source. I need this app to stay up and up to date forever. I even spent time creating custom reminders and tasks. As a visual person, this app was amazing to use. However, I was saddened when all of my data and custom reminders were wiped clean after an update. This app is great for that. I read my car and everything is fine again except I had to start over. Then it would happen again randomly. It’s happened about 5 times. The last time I got a notification that my car was due for maintenance and I opened the app yo see no cars listed once again. ### 1/5 — All Maintenance Data Gone *2024-01-11, version 2.1.3* Every month I would check the maintenance items this app recommended and store the results. Today, when I opened the app to update my car’s mileage I saw that all maintenance records had disappeared. Even my car information was gone. I pushed a minor update that addresses this issue. Now, you're be able to remove the last (well, technically first!) digit. By default, it will display "0" rather than an empty value. You have to guess at what the icon is or open them up individually. The ability to modify and add different maintenance items and intervals is great! One thing I do wish it had as a feature, would be support for the shortcuts apps. That way I could automate entering mileage for example. The user interface is great—smooth, simple, and incredibly intuitive. Navigating through the app feels effortless, making it a pleasure to use. One suggestion I have is to enhance the history section by showing the maintenance items that were completed, (along with their corresponding icons) on the outside as well. This addition would make tracking past services even more convenient.
